Green Tortelloni filled with Zucchini and Spinach, served with Walnut Sauce

  • Boil Water: Fill a pot with salted water and bring it to a boil.
  • Cook Tortelloni: Add the tortelloni and cook for 3–4 minutes (or until they float).
  • Heat Walnut Sauce: In a separate pan, warm the walnut sauce gently until creamy and hot (don’t boil).
  • Italian Tip – Pasta Water: Save a small splash of pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.
  • Combine: Transfer the cooked tortelloni into the warm walnut sauce and toss gently for 30–60 seconds.
  • Serve: Plate, top with a little extra sauce, add Parmigiano if you like, and enjoy!
