Gramigna with Cream and Sausage
Boil Water
: Fill a pot with salted water and bring it to a boil.
Cook Gramigna
: Add the gramigna and cook for 8–10 minutes (or until al dente).
Prepare Sauce
: In a pan, cook crumbled sausage until browned. Add cream and let it warm gently.
Italian Tip – Pasta Water
: Save a small splash to help blend the sauce.
Combine
: Drain the gramigna and add it to the creamy sausage sauce. Toss for 30–60 seconds.
Serve
: Plate, top with Parmigiano if you like, and enjoy!
